CTA Accreditation

Chaplain Training Academy (CTA) courses have been taught at regionally accredited seminaries and graduate schools of theology since 2009. The course content, syllabi, books, and assignments are based on a Master’s degree-level of study. However, CTA is not a degree-granting institution, but a provider of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for current chaplains and those in training to become chaplains. CTA offers a Basic and Intermediate Certificate in Chaplaincy. Please check with your current or future employer/organization to see if our Chaplaincy Certificate Programs meet their requirements for professional chaplain training. We invite you to read some of the testimonials of CTA students.

CTA is in the process of becoming an accredited provider of continuing education and training courses from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. IACET is the original creator of the Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and maintains the highest standards for Continuing Education and Training.
